With Verspreiden Enzo quality is central. That's why we work with a fixed quality monitor for door-to-door distribution.
This quality monitor describes how we monitor the quality of distribution, how complaints are recorded and what steps are taken when questions arise about a distribution.
The quality monitor is part of our delivery conditions and applies to all door-to-door distributions.
We thus monitor the quality of the distribution
We work with professional distribution networks that distribute millions of printed products every day.
The following checks shall be carried out to monitor quality:
✓ Registration of delivery notifications
✓ Control of delivery areas
✓ Analysis of striking deviations
✓ Control by regional quality staff
✓ Reporting of structural complaints
Our goal is to ensure the highest possible quality of distribution within every delivery area.
Reporting
Is your printed materials not received or do you receive notifications from the distribution area? Please send a complete notification to info@verspreidenenzo.nl.
Please indicate at least 10 addresses within the same distribution area:
✓ Postal code (4 digits and 2 letters)
✓ Street Name
✓ Number of the housing
Our quality team carefully examines every report and uses this information to further improve the quality of distribution.
Please note that there is no post-delivery.
Terms and conditions
Our general delivery conditions apply to all distributions. The quality monitor complements these conditions and describes the method of quality control, notifications and investigations.
After receiving a notification we assess whether it fits within the distribution area and delivery period.
Due to GDPR legislation, no further investigations can be conducted at individual street and house number level. Research is conducted at delivery district level and based on available quality data.
If necessary, additional information shall be requested from the distribution network and the sponsor shall receive a feedback of the findings.
When is there a quality deviation?
In case of door-to-door distribution, occasional reports may occur. An individual notification does not automatically mean that a distribution has not been performed.
We always assess notifications in relation to:
✓ The total range of distribution
✓ Number of notifications
✓ The size of the delivery area
✓ The results of quality checks
✓ Any previous reports within the same district
Transparent and clear
We believe in open communication, which is why notifications are carefully recorded, investigated and feedback.
Our goal is not only to deal with complaints, but above all to continuously improve the quality of distribution.
